HOA Dues

HOA Dues within Lewisburg Pointe are $350 annually. Dues can be paid in a few different ways:
​
1. Can pay in full of $350
2. Can pay semi annually of $175 due in February and August.
3. Can pay monthly installments of $29.17.
​
Dues paid semi annually need to be collected by February 28th and/or August 31st A late fee is charged for each month that a payment is late.
​
Dues paid monthly must be paid by the end of the month, or a late fee will be imposed.
​
Dues paid in full, we are asking that you pay for the year by February 28th (29th on leap year) to avoid any late fees.
(if you are normally a semi-annual payer, this does not get you out of late fees)
